CMW Tech’s EDM 101 is designed to bridge the gap between manual tap burners and high-end automated EDM machines. It offers cost-effective EDM sinker capability for industries needing precision at a lower operational cost.

Using rapid, microsecond pulses to remove tiny fragments from materials, electrical discharge machining is stress-free and burr-free, delivering a smooth finish.

Versatile and easy to install, the EDM 101 can be mounted on any Bridgeport-style knee mill with a Quill mount or rigid structure, allowing accurate positioning of the electrode tool relative to the workpiece using standard machinist techniques.
