Pristine Home Inspections is based in Hudson, Florida and serves the entire Tampa Bay region including Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Citrus, Lake, Manatee, Sarasota, Sumter and Polk counties. Our goal is to provide excellent quality home, mold and pest inspection service at reasonable cost to assist the real estate customer in making an informed decision. While we will not provide a recommendation on the purchase decision itself, we take our responsibility to accurately report on the material condition of the property with the utmost seriousness.Randy Moore is a professional experienced in many demanding fields, including residential construction, inspection, military and contract quality control, and aircraft modification management. He is a 26 year Navy veteran with over 10,000 flight hours in the P-3 aircraft. Randy founded Pristine Home Inspections to fill a need for quality service in the home inspection field. He is a member of NACHI, ICC, NSHI and IAC2.He lives in Hudson, FL and is married with four children. A Florida native, Randy was born in Ocala, raised in Gainesville and is a graduate of GHS. Randy attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University earning a Masters of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science.
